As an Estate Management Specialist at Grand North Group, you will be at the forefront of managing our properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional service to our tenants. You will work closely with our development team, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of property management.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in property management software such as SAP Real Estate Management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance tenant experiences. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in resolving tenant issues promptly and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant services.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of property issues and maintenance requests.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Utilize property management software to track and manage property performance metrics and tenant data.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property value and tenant retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide regular reports on property performance and tenant feedback to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management, with a proven track record in residential and commercial property management.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of property management software such as SAP Real Estate Management and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
