📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and track accounts receivable using SAP and Excel
- Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate settlements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
- Generate and submit regular reports on collections and outstanding balances
- Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in invoices
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations
- Provide support to the finance manager in achieving collection targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Familiarity with SAP and Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command of English and Indonesian
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
