📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain and update invoicing records and databases using SAP or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial statements.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
