📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records using BambooHR.
• Assist with employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on HR-related topics.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
• Learn and apply best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software, such as BambooHR, is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Available to work full-time in Canggu, Bali.
