📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mining machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of mining equipment.
• Use specialized tools and software, such as diagnostic equipment and repair manuals, to accurately assess and resolve mechanical problems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, including OSHA guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in the mining industry.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing heavy machinery with minimal downtime.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance and repair, such as the Certified Heavy Equipment Mechanic (CHEM) certification.
• Familiarity with mining machinery brands and models, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Volvo.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
