As a Creator Economy Advisor at InnovateX Consulting, you’ll work closely with a diverse range of clients, from emerging influencers to established digital brands. Your daily tasks will include strategy development, performance analysis, and implementing tailored solutions to drive revenue and engagement. Leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva, you’ll provide actionable insights to help our clients achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and engagement for our clients.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage content calendars, leveraging tools like Hootsuite and Canva.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
• Provide ongoing training and support to clients to enhance their digital skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the Creator Economy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of the Creator Economy and digital monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
