📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of logistics and delivery personnel, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all deliveries.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of delivery routes, utilizing tools like Google Maps and specialized logistics software.
• Monitor and optimize delivery schedules to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of documents, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor delivery services to meet those requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the logistics team.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including tracking information and client feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and delivery operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and delivery operations management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing delivery routes and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
