📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with the CEO and other C-level executives to ensure that the company's strategic vision is executed effectively.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of strategic planners and analysts.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and enterprise-level transformation.
Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth.
Strong knowledge of strategic management tools and techniques, including SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and strategic planning software such as SAP or Oracle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
