📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Head of Agricultural Innovation & Operations in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee agricultural projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and in line with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of agricultural and animal husbandry specialists.
• Utilize QGIS for spatial analysis and planning, and ERPNext for project management and resource tracking.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to agricultural output and sustainability.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in agricultural operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Certification in agricultural project management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using QGIS, ERPNext, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
