As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital forensics and incident response team, ensuring that Synapxe's clients and systems are protected against cyber threats. You will work closely with IT teams, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to investigate and respond to security incidents, using cutting-edge tools and techniques.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of digital forensics and incident response engineers.
• Oversee the investigation and analysis of cybersecurity incidents, ensuring that evidence is collected and preserved in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures to minimize the impact of security breaches.
• Collaborate with IT teams, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate new knowledge into the team's work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the organization's cybersecurity efforts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital forensics and incident response, with a strong background in cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), Certified Cyber Forensics Professional (CCFP), or Certified Incident Handler (CIH) are a plus.
• Proven experience with digital forensics tools such as EnCase, FTK, or Autopsy.
• Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks and methodologies, including NIST, SANS, or ISO/IEC 27035.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-based digital forensics and incident response tools and techniques.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to digital forensics and incident response.
