As a Mortgage Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent, providing comprehensive training, and fostering a culture of excellence. You'll use tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage leads and track performance. With 3-5 years of experience in mortgage marketing or a related field, you'll bring a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record of success.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Recruit, train, and develop Business Agents (BA), Agents, and Partners to drive mortgage sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain agents.
- Manage and analyze performance data using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mortgage marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record of recruiting and training agents.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian mortgage products and market dynamics.
