📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the implementation and maintenance of our school's technology infrastructure, including hardware and software.
Assist in the development and deployment of digital learning resources and tools.
Provide technical support to teachers and students, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our school's digital systems.
Stay updated with the latest technological trends and best practices in education.
Assist in the planning and execution of digital transformation projects.
Provide training and guidance to teachers and staff on the effective use of digital tools and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the education sector.
Proficient in using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other educational software.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology platforms.
