As a Concierge Intern, you will work closely with our experienced concierge team, learning the ins and outs of luxury hospitality. You will handle a variety of tasks, from arranging transportation and dining reservations to providing local insights and recommendations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist guests with travel arrangements, including transportation, tours, and activities.
• Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Organize and coordinate special events and meetings for our convention center.
• Learn and apply best practices in luxury hospitality and guest services.
• Work collaboratively with the concierge team to ensure high standards of service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on local attractions, events, and cultural activities in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic hospitality software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
