As an E-Commerce Assistant at Running Lab, you'll work closely with our digital marketing team to implement strategies that drive traffic and conversions. You'll handle daily tasks such as managing our Shopify store, creating engaging product listings, and optimizing our website for better performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update our Shopify store, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest products and promotions.
• Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and drive sales.
• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to boost online sales.
• Monitor website performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our e-commerce channels.
• Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
