In this role, you will use industry-standard tools such as SAP, TradeXpert, and Microsoft Office. You will also need to be proficient in English and have relevant certifications like HSCODE, HS Tariff, or similar.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and manage international trade documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and shipping agents to ensure smooth trade operations.
- Monitor and update trade compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Use SAP and TradeXpert to manage trade data and processes.
- Analyze trade trends and provide insights to improve trade operations.
- Assist in the preparation of customs clearance documents and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to both domestic and international clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade transactions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Certifications in HSCODE, HS Tariff, or similar are a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP, TradeXpert, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
