📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision or management role.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
