📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive testing of banking applications and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and report software defects and issues to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of banking solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases using tools like Jira, TestRail, and Selenium.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality assurance process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Selenium.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in ISTQB or similar quality assurance certification is a plus.
