- Manage the pharmacovigilance process, ensuring compliance with international regulations such as ICH E2B(R2).
- Leverage Oracle Clinical and Medidata Rave to streamline pharmacovigilance operations and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in drug safety monitoring.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to pharmacovigilance standards.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on pharmacovigilance best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of pharmacovigilance activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in pharmacovigilance and regulatory affairs.
- Participate in project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of pharmacovigilance projects.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Certification in pharmacovigilance, such as the EudraVigilance or WHO pharmacovigilance courses.
- Strong knowledge of international regulations such as ICH E2B(R2), and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficient in using Oracle Clinical and Medidata Rave for pharmacovigilance data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage.
