As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Private Wellness Clinic, you'll spend your days crafting bespoke massage treatments using a variety of techniques, from Swedish and deep tissue to hot stone and aromatherapy. You'll work closely with our reception team to manage client appointments, and collaborate with our wellness coaches to ensure a holistic approach to client care. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massages to clients, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Create personalized massage plans based on client feedback and needs.
• Use a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy.
• Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records using our in-house scheduling software.
• Collaborate with wellness coaches to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in massage therapy through continuing education.
• Promote our wellness services to new clients and referrals.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, following health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or spa setting.
• Certification in at least one specialized area of massage, such as sports massage, prenatal massage, or deep tissue massage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with basic massage therapy software, such as Therapist Assistant or MassageBook.
• Passion for wellness, relaxation, and creating a positive client experience.
