📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure clarity and alignment with company needs.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit and potential.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.,Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
