📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.,Stock and organize products on the shelves to ensure they are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.,Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment, including restocking and cleaning as needed.,Promote products and special offers to increase sales and customer engagement.,Keep accurate records of inventory and sales, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Collaborate with the store manager and team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Shop Assistant or similar retail role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
