📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
