📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Chief Mate in the safe and efficient operation of the vessel,Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems,Conduct safety drills and ensure crew adherence to safety protocols,Monitor and report on cargo operations and loading/unloading procedures,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of navigation and operational records,Support the Chief Mate in crew management and discipline,Participate in bridge watchkeeping and navigation duties

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent,STCW Code of Safety Training (COST) or equivalent,At least 3 years of experience as a Second Mate or equivalent experience,Valid Second Mate Unlimited (STCW 95) or equivalent certification,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and international conventions,Familiarity with cargo operations and handling procedures,Strong leadership and teamwork skills
