📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests.
• Create and maintain menus, pricing, and cost controls.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
