📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Assist in organizational development initiatives.,Support the company in achieving its HR goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Proven track record of achieving HR objectives and targets.
