📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Identify training needs and design learning solutions to address those needs.,Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.,Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with HR to align learning and development initiatives with overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training program design and delivery.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
