📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax officers to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization.,Prepare and review tax returns, filings, and reports for accuracy and compliance.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address tax-related issues and concerns.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and proactively advise the company.,Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their tax knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and tax planning.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Familiarity with English and Portuguese languages is a plus.
