Agung Vera Bakso is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of all civil engineering projects.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Manage a team of engineers and technicians.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.,Provide technical advice and guidance to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.,Understanding of local regulations and building codes.
