Express Fresh Abadi is looking for a Lead Area Manager to oversee and manage our operations in the Jatinegara area. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of area managers and ensure they meet performance targets.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for delivery.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency and address any issues.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and customer preferences.
