📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Create and implement daily meal plans and menus.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in inventory management and cost control.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new recipes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to company standards and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing daily meal plans.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
