📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.,Manage and develop a team of managers and supervisors to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and community leaders.,Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences.,Oversee the hotel's marketing and sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Experience in marketing and sales.
