📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees,Collaborate with department heads to understand training needs and ensure alignment with business goals,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply new skills and knowledge in their roles,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
