📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts.,Provide training and support to junior staff on accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.Payroll processing experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
