📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Stock and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive and well-stocked display.,Assist in inventory management by counting and reporting stock levels.,Promote products and services to customers, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.,Handle cash and credit transactions securely and accurately.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
