Express Camp Pratama is looking for a Lead Security Guard to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of our camp. As a Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing a team of security guards, and implementing security protocols. This is a full-time position based in Gunung Kidul.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee security operations and ensure the safety of the camp and its visitors.,Manage a team of security guards, providing training and guidance as needed.,Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.,Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.,Maintain communication with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate responses as necessary.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team of security personnel.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and regulations.,Experience with surveillance systems and emergency response procedures.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
