📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the assigned retail outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.,Collaborate with the regional and national management teams to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and brand awareness.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
