📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available for distribution.,Conduct regular route planning and scheduling to optimize delivery routes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and customer feedback.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
