📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Identifying and recommending corrective actions to address any issues or inefficiencies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards is a plus.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
